How we do it.

For bio-industrial companies, we use patent-pending technology to examine all biological and physical process inputs such as feedstock, enzymes, pH, water quality, genetic factors, viscosity, mixing rates and temperature among dozens of others, We also evaluate business factors such as material unit costs.  We perform a reiterative cycle analysis in collaboration with our customer.  All inputs, whether biological, physical or business, are examined simultaneously, not a few at a time.  This provides a holistic view of the input relationships. The output is bio-process enhancements which are subsequently tested using the customer process. These trial results are inputs for the next data processing cycle.  After between 8 to 12 iterative steps, each improving upon the previous, our technology identifies the critical input values solution for an improved bioprocess generating the optimal financial benefits.  

What it means.

The benefits are three-fold.  First, there are financial gains created by optimizing current product yield or reducing input costs.  Second, companies developing new products are able to get them to market in much less time.  Third, reduced variability in bio-process yields provides reliable, reproducible results and improved quality control.
